Whilst the objectivity for the Spring collection for men would be designed to have looser shapes and cropped trousers as to provide a more relaxed outlook, the new United Bamboo collection for men have sought to keep the refinement we would expect from tailored American sportswear. Folded trousers kept a slender proportion, narrow jacketing and plaid shirting which came in bright yellow, white and collar polo shirts still maintain casuality but matched with old school or club blazer jackets that have a shruken fit, adding elements of urban sub-cultures. Oversized anoraks in dark navy blue, caramel grey and military gray are beautiful additional overlappings, in particular one in silver metallic. Miho and Thuy have introduced a much sought men’s collection given that their past and current offerings for women have been prominently successful. They have evidently still produced a layered texture, enhancing strong colour tones and chosen fabrics of denim, cotton and plaid. We all hope the continue to offer something unusual and these combinations which highlight their originality and difference in the New York fashion market as with the Fall 2008 collection which utilised more industrial technical materials such as PVC.
