SUMMARY
Canadian born New York menswear designer Dana Lee has ceremoniously captured a well-lived in experience using a diverse range of fabricated techniques to hone her distinctive menswear. Archetypal garments which have long been apart of America’s menswear upbringing, she carefully updates individual pieces such as buttoned shirts, outerwear jackets and specially dyed denim of which is either produced in Canada or in the U.S.. Whether it be twill, extremely fine knitwear, or the use of New Zealand merino wool, all her garments tell a story, a history of the person of whom wears her clothes. Her clothes therefore become the gateway to the inner soul.
